CHHABRA INDUSTRIES being a sister concern to LUMEN CONTROL (INDIA) PVT. LTD. has equal amount of rights to sell "DELTA" and "DELTA LUMINARIES"
brand products in Lighting Only, these aforesaid companies have the rights to sell and authorize its dealers, distributors or individuals to sell
"DELTA" and "DELTA LUMINARIES" brand products in lighting.
If any dealer, distributor, manufacturer or individual who is not authorized or has not had been buying material by our aforesaid companies for reselling or for purpose of self consumption, the matter would be taken to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
